We hope you love all your By Lilou pieces however, If you change your mind about your piece, By Lilou Jewellery (BLJ) will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost BLJ has already paid, or exchange less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece.

To organise a return, please email our customer care team at info@byliloujewellery.com to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received.

Please note:

  • We will not accept any piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
  • If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
  • If the piece is custom made.
  • If the piece is a solid ring.
  • If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above.
  • Strictly no refunds on Afterpay or Zippay however, we are able to offer a gift card. Please note: This is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website. 
  • Strictly no cancellation of orders that are pre-order.
  • No refunds on sale items.
  • We fo not cover return shipping costs.
